How to size your bra size
It is no secret that the sizes vary. This is annoying and often leads to frustration and arguments against buying new clothing. Particularly disturbing is the purchase of intimate underwear like bras. I’ve found that it is difficult to get accurate information about my bra size.
I was in various relevant laundry shops to ask for help. On the same day I received three different results. True, there must be something wrong. So I went on with my search for the measurements. An aunt of a friend told me then, as she has learned that when she started her training on the bodice and corset-maker started, how to measure my size.
The bra size is measured at two points with a tape measure. One part of the chest, which includes the chest and the other part of the body size, that is below the chest. The last value is the first part of the bra size (eg 75). The standard sizes of commercially called body-measure is at 65 centimetres and go up to an oversize of 125 cm, and each might be about 2 cm up or down. Who has a size of 73, uses the bra-size 75 cm. The difference between the two dimensions gives the cup size (Cup). The cup size is body and breast size minus chest size. If the difference is 10 cm you will need an A cup, B cup at 15 cm, 17.5 cm corresponds to C cup, 20 cm and 22.5 cm D Cup E Cup.
To find the right bra, it is important to first determine your bra size. Then find a nice fit that provides at the same time a good grip and conjures up a seductive neckline.
In Europe, 75 B is currently the standard bra size. But not everyone has a standard body, so if you are exactly between two sizes, opt for the larger bra. Bruises don’t look good and you can adjust the bra with the check mark.
Which bra you want or which model you select depends on what you feel as comfortable and chic. But you should also take into account the purpose of the bra. Any occasion requires a different bra, sports is just an extreme example. In part, the top you wear decides what kind of bra you need. Finally, it is the bra that shapes the neckline.
No matter what you decide, you attach value to the fit, which depends on the comfort.
