Sports Bras a decision
Doing sports is recommended as healthy. But doing sports you need a special sports bra. Finding the right sports bra is now easier than it used to be. Still variety has its problems, you have to know what you really want and need. So first of all you have to decide if you need a low-impact bra, medium-impact bra or a high-impact bra.
If you do yoga a low-impact bra is sufficient, if you golf you might need a medium-impact bra and if you do sports as running or basketball you will need a high-impact bra. One sports bra doesn’t handle all sports and activities.
All sports require sports bras that breathe and can wick away moisture. The basic characteristics of a sports bra today include an absorbent and stretchable fabric, or a fabric that draws perspiration away from the skin thus reducing irritation. Whereas the early sports bras used to keep the breasts from bouncing, sports brassieres today can be classified into either encapsulation brassieres or compression brassieres that restrict movement.
Different sports exert different amounts of stress to your breasts. If you have larger breasts, these stresses are magnified. Many sports bra manufacturers categorize their sports bras not only by sports impact levels but also by breast size: average size sports bras and plus size sports bras.
Experience and technology changed a lot. Today exist three basic sports bra constructions on the market. Compression sports bras – these sports bras keep breast motion to a minimum by pressing the breasts firmly to the chest. This style suits for A and B cup women.
Encapsulated sports bras – their design is like a full coverage bra and provides a natural breast shape. For women with a C cup size or larger, it is more comfortable because each breast sits inside its own pocket rather than being compressed.
Underwire sports bras – put an underwire in an encapsulated sports bra style. This added underwire gives even more support to a plus size sports bra.
Style choices among sports bras are many. Today sports bras come in different fabrics. Here’s a list of the most popular fabrics: Supplex Nylon/Lycra Spandex, Cotton/Lycra Spandex, CoolMax Polyester/Lycra Spandex, Polyester/Cotton/Lycra Spandex and Polyester/Cotton. Women who wear a sports bra 3-4 times per week will need to replace her bra within 6-12 months because they wear out.
Choose the one you feel comfortable with.
